In my continued quest for balance, I am learning to delegate. WOW! Clearly not my forte. This is a WHOLE NEW learning curve gals and I have to say, it's an "edge," (see Sheri-ism's in the Glossary of Creative Awakenings).
After much soul searching and praying, I can feel things coming together. An amazing woman has shown up to be my Feisty Right-Hand Wrangler and thank Goddess she has arrived and just in the nick of time.

Lessons from the Journey:
Lesson One: Face to face is critical. This won't be true for everyone, but I have learned that when it comes to co-creating and partnering with someone, I need a live time experience! I work alone, except when I work with clients. I spend a TON of time in isolation and had no idea how much I missed co-creating with someone. I LOVE BRAINSTORMING…LOVE IT, so what I needed in a Feisty Right-Hand Wrangler, was someone who could sit with me and shoot the S–T! Randall and I had SO much fun yesterday booking plane tickets and talking about the upcoming tour.

What a difference an assistant makes.

I will admit, this is a BIG NEW EXPERIENCE, as I have worn soooooo many hats for so long. So, I have asked for support. She is the expert, I am the newbie, so I have her guiding me in the journey and it's working! This was what was not working for me virtually, despite asking for guidance. Heck, if I knew how to do it, I would have done it right?? Not only that, I am beginning to feel some HUGE RELIEF each time we meet.
Can I afford this? Not really to be honest, but I am right smack dab in the middle of the E-Myth issue and know if I don't find a way to make this happen, things will collapse around me.

Lesson Two: Sometimes it takes hitting a few pot holes to find your way on the road. What's the ultimate lesson here? The age old saying is true….KNOW YOUR STRENGTHS…hire for your weaknesses.
Have a great weekend everyone!
